On any product page, choose Subscribe & Save instead of One-Time Purchase. You'll see the SAVE 10% badge and your discounted price update automatically.

Review Your Order & Choose Delivery or Pickup

  • For local delivery — choose Ship, then enter your address. A free local delivery option will appear under Shipping Method. All deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays only.
  • For pickup — choose Pickup at checkout. You can pick up anytime Wednesday through Sunday at our Victoria location.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details. Your meals will be delivered every Wednesday on your chosen schedule — automatically.

Skip a Delivery

Going out of town or your freezer is full? Skip your next delivery without pausing your entire subscription.

Cancel

Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees. We just ask that you cancel before your next billing date.

Change Frequency

Switch between Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, and Monthly at any time from your account portal.

To manage your subscription: Log into your account at velafarms.com → click your name → select Manage Subscriptions. All changes take effect on your next billing cycle.


Common Questions
When will my subscription order be delivered?
All local deliveries are made on Wednesdays only within the Victoria, TX area. Your order will be delivered on the Wednesday that falls on or after your billing date.
Can I subscribe to more than one item?
Yes! You can subscribe to as many items as you'd like. Each product can have its own subscription with its own frequency.
When does my 10% discount apply?
Your 10% discount applies starting from your very first order and every order after — automatically. No coupon code needed.
Can I change what I'm subscribed to?
Yes. Log into your account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and you can swap products, change quantities, or update your frequency at any time.
What if I'm not home on Wednesday?
No problem! We will leave your order in a cooler bag at your door. You will also receive a text notification when your delivery is on the way and when it has been delivered.
Is there a minimum order or contract?
No minimum order and no contracts. Subscribe, pause, skip, or cancel anytime — completely on your terms.
