How to Pay Your Invoice
We've sent your invoice by email. Follow the steps below to complete your payment and confirm your order.

Check Your Email
Look for an email from Vela Farms LLC with your invoice and order details. It will include a secure link to complete your payment.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox
- Contact us if you need the invoice resent

Click the Payment Link
Open the email and click the secure payment link. This takes you directly to your invoice where you can review your order before paying.

Review Your Order
Confirm your items, quantities, and total are correct. If anything looks off, contact us BEFORE completing payment.

Complete Payment
Enter your payment details and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed.
- Credit or debit card — pay securely online via the invoice link
Payment links expire in 3 days. If your link has expired, contact us and we'll send a fresh invoice right away.
Common Questions
I can't find my invoice email.
Check your spam or junk mail folder first. If it's not there, reach out and we'll resend it right away.
I need to make a change to my order.
Please contact us BEFORE completing payment. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible depending on where we are in fulfillment.
My payment link has expired.
No problem — just reach out and we'll send a new invoice link. Payment links are active for 3 days from the time the invoice is sent.
